A new league is starting up with my co-workers which will be a 12 team, 3 division dynasty league (the place where we work highly encourages this type of team building). We'll have 22 roster spots, with a new 5 round draft each year for rookies or other players who were not kept on a roster.

Any general advice from anyone who has played in a dynasty leage? What do you know now that you wish you would have known at the start?
