Pack 38
Lions 17

This one better not be close.  I'm more worried about this game than I was the Falcons, and this is a 2-10 team with their 3rd string QB in.  Wouldn't mind some 4th quarter nap time.

Will you have this left guard to be the 224th pick?

This'll be tough. They're still a talented team, and it always seems like the games in Detroit are scary. I'm worried about the Packers possibly getting caught looking ahead to New England.

I think it's fair to say that this is a must-win game. I know that's an overused term but the other 3 teams they play down the stretch are all ahead of them in the playoff race, which makes it seem somewhat unlikely they could win all 3, especially if they lose to Detroit (I know Detroit is supposed to be improved and their pythag is not that bad, but they're still 2-10).

I'm hoping that McCarthy has this team focused on the Lions so they are not looking toward New England. They should win and win by 2 TD's. But I am a little worried, they need to come out sharp, put the pedal on the gas and don't let up. Hopefully we see Rodgers light it up as he does usually in a dome. Would also be nice to see Starks get close to 20 carries again, go over 100 yards and score a TD.

I think it's fair to say that this is a must-win game.

The Packers playoff chances as they stand today are around 70% or so -- If the lose today, they probably drop down to 40%.

I think it is fair to say that this game is "must win" - especially since it is a team that the Packers should beat.

I won't be worried if they don't come out sharp, as they have shown that the offense can suck in the 1st quarter and still put up around 30, but what I don't want is for the offense to look bad early and the defense give up a couple TD's.

Unfortunately, I'm probably going to miss at least the first quarter because it's my son's 2nd birthday and being the good father I am, I'm not skipping any activities for a football game. Maybe next year I'll have him indoctrinated enough so that he'll want to watch sports on his birthday.

The Packers still control their own destiny, since they win the division if they win out.  But what I expect to happen is for Chicago to lose to NE, and then GB to do the same next week, putting the current scenario back in play for week 16 against the Giants.

I agree with others that I hope the Pack comes out looking strong. Don't need another shaky start to the game like we've seen. They should be able to win by about 14, but they can't look past the Lions. They're still a dangerous team.

I predict Packers win 35-21.

Sooo...... Fox 47 is out because of the storm. No TV for those in the Madison area as of 10 minutes to game time.

Ouch, that sucks. We have Charter cable here and the picture from 47 seems to be frozen, but fortunately we also get FOX 6 out of Milwaukee.

Wasn't this the big thing about cable over dish?...that you don't have to worry about weather? My Dish is fine Image

Apparently Fox 47's transmitter was knocked out of commission by the storm.

Anyone else seen enough of Quarless? It seems like he makes a mistake as often as he doesn't. Unacceptable fumble there. More Crabtree, please....

Bring more defenders up in the box. Make the Lions beat you through the air. Their passing game looked completely out of synch in the first series, but now they're running at a 7 YPC clip.

Quarless sucks. Put in Crabtree, at least he can block.
