I believe it said in the info that it was in HD. My laptop doesn't have anything close to HD capabilities so i cant really comment on that. I did think it has better picture than most less than legal downloaded videos.

TLB, how did you manage to download it? And did you download right to your computer? I'm having trouble finding a converter that will download a file that big...

Will you have this left guard to be the 224th pick?

I've still got the game and the pre- and post-game shows sitting on my DVR. That's 12+ hours of HD action using up valuable space on my recorder. I've been waiting for the "Road to Super Bowl XLV" Blu-Ray set which should have complete games of the Packers playoff run but it's not available yet.

In years past, it was available at the end of May/beginning of June, but this year it has not been released. The on-going theory that I read about online somewhere was with the lockout they can't release it because of the merchandising. Since it's part of the collective bargaining agreement (supposedly) the disks are just sitting in a warehouse to be released whenever the NFL and players get their act together.

At this rate, I might as well try to put the game on DVD myself. Won't be in HD, though, which is why I'm waiting.

I have the one TBone showed on DVD (not Blu-Ray), but it hasn't come out of the plastic yet so I'm not sure which one it is. I thought it was the main Super Bowl DVD, though.

nope.  I'm referring to the Packers version of this item.  It is available in the Saints (XLIV), Steelers (XLIII), Giants (XLII), Colts (XLI), and Steelers again (XL) --although blu-ray only for the Saints and Steelers XLIII thus far.

I also still have the game on my DVR. Yesterday, I was home sick, so I watched it. One of my daughters made a few "Go Packers" banners and my 5-year old sat with me (for about the 1st quarter) and later asked me if the Packers won again.

No better therapy than that! Image

I'm blown away that the Youtube video is still up. Are they just getting lazy over there?

A lot of history in these rings

The four marquis cut diamonds are for the four SB wins.  The "G" is made up of 13 diamonds to represent each title dating back to 1929.  The surrounding 92 diamonds represent each year the Packers have been in existence.  On the side of the ring is the players name and number...the number is circled, like the numbers on the jerseys of the newly released throwback jerseys from this past season.  Between the name and the number is a ridiculous carving of Lambeau Field.  Inside the ring are the scores of the Packers entire postseason, along with the numeral 1 and the words "Mind, Goal, Purpose and Heart" from Woodson's locker room speech after the NFC Championship win.

That is one hell of a piece of jewelry.

Yeah, platinum with 18k (yellow) gold surrounding the "G".

Also, I really hope that a "Road to the Super Bowl" blu-ray does end up coming out.

You said it. Doesn't even really appear that gaudy to me.

JC Penny here in Appleton has SB XLV Champs shirts on clearance. I got a short-sleeve for $4 & a long-sleeve for $5.

Also the team hasn't gone to the White House yet have they? You almost have to wonder if they will anymore as the season is fast approaching.

Murphy said today that they've been in contact with the White House to set up a date in August.
