What I noticed is that it seemed like Rodgers just didn't have much zip on the ball. I don't know if there is such thing as "pass velocity" recorded for throws - some have to be touch throws such as screens and wheel routes, so it would likely be relevant for passes thrown more than 10 yards downfield.
