I don't think Clay Matthews' replacement missed a block or dropped a pass.

No, but I know Jermichael Finley's did.  Remember Jermichael Finley got hurt in this game.  So, a bunch of guys were thrown in to the game plan on the fly.  Two rookie TEs to be exact.  Even with the offensive struggles, the Packers dominated this game defensively until Matthews got hurt.

I will say that like the Atlanta game last week, the Packers failed to punch it in on the goal line and came away with nothing.  That's a problem.  I would actually play out of the shotgun on the goal line given the absence of a RB that can get the ball in.

And like jazzy said, it's not that people are saying that Rodgers doesn't deserve any blame, he just doesn't deserve the label as someone that can't win a game in the 4th quarter.  Whether it's missed field goals, bombs to Steve Smith, or too much time left on the clock coupled with bad defense, Rodgers has actually done quite a bit in "crunch time."

It's all about perception.  Brett Favre for instance is the ultimate winner.  However, since the Super Bowl loss to Denver in the 1997 season, Favre has won 4 playoff games.  Donovan McNabb has won 9 in that same time period and didn't even get to the league until 1999.  Jake Delhomme has won 5, but wasn't even a starting QB for FIVE more years that Favre had on him after the Denver SB loss.  But you'll never hear the real stats, just like you'll never hear about Rodgers leading the team to a lead or a tie, only to have something happen like a no call facemask fumble that ends a playoff game.  Give Peyton Manning a tap on the back of the helmet though, and it's 15 yards, new life, and no touchdown for the opposition.

The bottom line is Rodgers is a great QB.
