Brad Jones looks like he's going to be a real steal as a late-round pick.

Guess who was the safety on that TD pass?

Yes, cut him.

The Seattle record of 6 TDs by a TE is grimace-inducing. Amazing that that one made it through the Holmgren era.

I do hope he's cut after his season so Packer fans can find someone else to complain about constantly.

I hope so too, since he's clearly the weakest link in the secondary as far as players who get regular playing time. His play is indefensible (pun intended).

Those Gatorade/Water showers don't look nearly as bad with the level of waterproofing technology that most winter coats have. Beside what got inside his neck line (very chilly, I'm sure), McCarthy looked pretty much dry.

You defend him pretty regularly on here. Do you have some tie to him?

Did somebody mention we blocked a punt today? Who was that?

I thought I heard it was J. Wynn. He grazed/deflected it, which made made it look like a bit of a shank. Not a true block, just got a piece of it.

Yeah, it was Wynn with the block.

As for Bush, I defended him for quite awhile as the nickel back in '07 because I thought it was stupid to not even give him a chance. Since then, he has done nothing in a game that makes him deserving of an NFL roster spot. I realize I complain about him a lot, but it's because I just don't understand what keeps him on the team. There has to be some kind of conspiracy that he has too much information on.

Will you have this left guard to be the 224th pick?

I was pretty vocal after the team was 4-4 when it seemed there was no chance they would make hte playoffs, much less finish the year with a .500 record. I give the Packers a lot of credit for stepping up over the last 1-2 months and really taking care of business, and they should/could of course won the game last week against Pittsburgh.

Obviously no gripes today. They absolutely demolished the Seahawks, and showed no mercy other than taking Rodgers out of the game late in the third quarter. I look forward to seeing how this team handles themselves in the playoffs, since not too many people nationally seem to give them much of a chance against any of the other teams that made it.

I think the only person consistently giving the Pack love has been Ditka. I view that as more of a weird ironic curse than a blessing.

That had to be the longest 1st quarter ever. Had to be around 50 minutes. Now, please just win a playoff game.

I was pretty vocal too, and a part of me would rather see the Vikings win over the Bears tonight to get the "what ifs" out of my head. If the Vikings lose tonight, that Tampa game (and less so Pittsburgh game) really just sticks in my head as a huge missed opportunity. So kudos for the 6-1 record since that game, but that game still sticks out like a sore thumb, and could actually have made a difference...probably not, but still possible.
