Three of UW's four RBs (Clement, Deal, Shaw) are listed as questionable for the MSU game. DO could be the only healthy RB, and Ingold could be the backup tailback.

Well, after bungling the clock at the end of the half, and then doing nothing with the 2nd half kickoff, that fumble recovery TD certainly took the momentum back from Michigan state.

Nice to see.

I now fully understand the debate between Houston and Hornibrook. Hornibrook is more accurate, but does not have a strong arm at all. He's going to get one of his WRs hurt going over the middle (like the shot that Fumagalli took).

Boy, a really good game from the defensive standpoint. Is there anybody else out there that thought they should've put Houston in for the 2nd half, just as they replaced Houston earlier in the season for a change-of-pace for the 2nd half?

Hornibrook's passes were either floating or overthrown all day long. The Badgers needed more zip on the throws.

I was screaming for it. If pulling Houston against GA ST was justified (UW had 216 yards of offense in the first half against GA ST), then pulling Horny was more than justified against Michigan.

I honestly hadn't thought it, but now that you mention it... it would've made more sense. Horni did make one sweet pass on that TD throw, but was all over otherwise.

it was a nice defensive day, however. Get healthy on the bye week and knock out THE ohio state the week after.

Another really nice first half for the most part. But I'm still not sold on Hornibrook. He has happy feet and he doesn't square himself enough on his throws. And he seems to lock onto one receiver more often than not.

But a 10 point lead on Ohio State? Yeah I shouldn't complain.

How GD predictable is Chryst and these games? Ridiculous. I knew the outcome when it was 16-6. Just terrible. Rushing 3 gassed defenders on defense the entire second half when the entire world watching knew it was going to be Barrett draw, Barrett draw, Barrett draw. So disappointing.

Horningbrook certainly needs some work in the pocket to scramble and make some room for him to throw. He certainly looks indecisive at that point. But I think the QB position for the next three years is pretty solid. We have the workings of a lot of young talent on offense developing.
