It appears that threads and posts are disappearing and reappearing system-wide. No mod deleted the Favre thread.

It may return on its own. While this issue has been happening for a while, this is the first time I know of it affecting either Brewerfan or LambeauLeap.

Speaking of Brewerfan, that board appears to be totally worthless right now. Loads are extremely slow, and edits and new posts aren't going through (when a page actually loads so I can try).


EDIT: If this thread doesn't reappear on its own in due time, I'll file a ticket to see if it can be restored from a backup. In the meantime, if you have something to add or haven't chimed in yet, definitely start a new thread. If the old one comes back, they can always be merged.

We need a huge favor on this. It would help Yuku immensely if we could provide them with the URL of the missing thread.

It's gotta be in somebody's browser history. If you click on any URL with the Brett Favre unretire title, a 401 or 404 page should pop up; the link in the URL bar would be correct, though. You can grab it and paste it to this thread.

Apparently it wasn't gone for other people because I see Peavey and others posted while it was missing for me. I last checked for it around 18:30.

When tried to post my reply I recieved a Yuku message telling me the thread was deleted or moved. I closed down my browsers and came back but the thread was still messing, rebooted the computer and it wasn't threre, deleted my cache and it still wasn't there. I could still see new posts in other threads though.

Hmmm.... casey, is it possible that the thread disappears for some users for some yet-to-be-determined reason?

Next time someone sees it is missing, can you click on the link in this thread? I think it would be good to know if just the thread link is missing, or if the link is missing AND the thread is inaccessible.

I will try that next time but I am guessing that it won't work. I always leave LL open on my laptop and when I came on earlier and refreshed the page, I got the Error 401 Forbidden message.

Yes, I can verify that the link is useless when the thread has been missing. 401 errors abound.

It was gone at 8:14, back at 9:22 and now gone again. The link above does not work.
