I believe the ads should be gone now.

I relayed jason21nl's concern to Alison, the Yuku staff member who's acting as a liaison for getting this issue addressed. I'm not seeing any ads as a logged out guest or via a non-Yuku Supporter test account. I'll make sure that's reported, too.

Alison isn't the one who'll actually fix this; she's helping to keep the communication pipeline open. If I add information to the actual help ticket without first receiving a reply from Yuku, it'll get knocked back to the end of the line. Giving the additional information directly to Alison gets us around that issue.

If anyone's seeing ads, s/he should certainly report it in this thread. The silver lining is that LambeauLeap won't be charged for any page views that include ads.

As far as the technical explanation, I made a payment to Yuku to purchase 30,000 ad-free page views. Instead, we were credited with 30 ad-free days. The problem is that large boards like LambeauLeap are supposed to be charged by the page view. We were credited under the wrong system.

My guess is that the ads might have shown up when the gurus were trying to resolve this issue. Anyway, everything should be in order now. Thursday night's payment was converted to 30,000 page views, and we now have 29,821 page views remaining.

Technically, we ran out of page views Friday afternoon. It looks like Yuku opted to give us the remainder of Friday, the weekend, and the first part of today free of charge. It's not unusual for them to do that when there's a discrepancy.
