I see it like this:

Brandon Chillar == Hannibal Navies. Solid, but not spectacular.
Boss Bailey == Jude Waddy (with playing time). Production doesn't quite meet the measurables. But that's probably a bit harsh

Who's the 2008 FA equivalent of Nate Wayne? That's what I'm looking for.


Honestly, I wouldn't be all too disappointed if Brady Poppinga ended up the starter again. He's a legit force against the run and showed improvement in the passing game as the season progressed. But like everyone's saying, he's probably not ideal.

Bailey signed with Denver today. 17.5 mil over 5 years.

I guess Chillar is our guy. I'm not exactly sure he's an upgrade over Pop, even with Pop's coverage liability. Think Robert Thomas.

I'm not a fan of the Hannibal Navies comparison, as he was pretty much awful as a starter but a star on special teams.
